What preparations are necessary for the property before staging?

For fully staged properties, it’s essential to vacate and thoroughly clean the premises, especially focusing on the kitchen, bathrooms, and windows, as a clean environment enhances the overall staging effect. For partial staging, besides cleaning, ensure personal items are neatly stored away and follow the preparation recommendations provided by our stylists.

When is payment due for staging services?

We typically require payment to be made one week prior to staging. This allows us to reserve furniture and soft furnishings in advance and arrange for installation with the necessary personnel and vehicles to ensure timely completion.

How much notice is required to book staging services?

The notice required depends on our current order volume, but typically one week is sufficient. For urgent listings, we strive to accommodate staging within three days after payment.

Can I purchase the furniture or soft furnishings used in staging?
